  • Revuto Launches Revulution NFTs to Power Lifelong Netflix and Spotify Subscriptions

While the Revulution NFTs will play a multipurpose role in the Revuto ecosystem, they certainly will come with advancing offerings and provisions over time.

Cardano-backed blockchain subscription startup, Revuto has announced its plans to launch a new category of digital collectibles dubbed Revulution Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). According to a Press Release shared with Coinspeaker, the Revulution NFTs are a collection of 10,000 unique pieces and will be on sale on July 11 as a limited edition to interested users.

Despite being a Croatia-based startup, access to its website for the sale and purchase of the Revulution NFTs is global. As noted by the startup, the Revulution NFTs will grant holders a special advantage to manage their subscriptions on Netflix Inc (NASDAQ: NFLX) and Spotify Technology SA (NASDAQ: SPOT).

“Based on the feedback we received from our 350,000 active and verified users, we have decided to give the community exactly what they have asked for – a solution that guarantees a stable subscription fee, that they can share with their friends or family members in a simple and straightforward way. Moreover, in case they are not using the service, the users can simply get their money back or even profit from selling the NFTs. We wish to enable everyone to efficiently manage their subscriptions and, eventually, to make the digital subscription market fairer and more equitable,” said Vedran Vukman, CEO and co-founder of Revuto.

After successfully acquiring the holder of the Revulution NFTs, Revuto’s banking partner, Railsr (former Railsbank) will issue out a Virtual Debit Card (VDC) through which holders can pay for their Netflix and Spotify subscriptions. Beyond the primary functions of the Revulution NFTs, they will also grant access to trading on a select number of crypto exchanges, an allowance that largely broadens their utility.

Core Advantages of Revulution NFTs from Revuto

Since its inception, Revuto has been notably committed to revolutionizing subscription management for users around the world. Worth noting that the startup has launched quite a number of other NFTs on Cardano including the Rstronaut NFTs whose utility-focused NFTs are designed to boost holders’ staking APR while handing out a $10,000 reward in REVU.

All Revuto launched the R Fund NFTs to support pre-ICO Cardano projects with the opportunity to invest in their tokens early. The Revulution NFTs are a way for Revuto to take its innovation further allowing users to subscribe to any service in the world for any period of time and send or sell (monetize) unused subscription periods to others.

While the NFTs will generally offer a 5% discount while users are making their purchases, it will grant users a whole lot of flexibility as it will not allow unused subscriptions to go to waste as described earlier. Additionally, the Revulution NFTs will offer a limited number of users access to lifetime Netflix and Spotify subscription, the first of its kind provision by any blockchain startup.

While the Revulution NFTs will play a multipurpose role in the Revuto ecosystem, they certainly will come with advancing offerings and provisions over time.

“Our Revulution NFT for Netflix or Spotify is just the start, and also an introduction to the subscription NFTs that people will be able to use to pay for any subscription in the world, for however long they want. Also, by using this particular innovation, the users will get discounts when selecting their subscriptions, coupled with the possibility of either gifting or selling them to other users. With such a unique approach, Revuto is introducing something completely new to the world of subscriptions, something that will enable the creation of an entirely new market of prepaid unused subscriptions. I am immensely proud of the team behind this project, and we are all looking forward to everything that is coming in the future. We are confident the market and existing user base will once again react positively to what we have done,” added Josipa Majić, cofounder of Revuto.
